FLEXI FEEDER

The Flexifeeder line is composed of two heavy duty bandsaw models “R800” and “R1000” with a wide sawblade that has been expressly designed, structured and sized to use a mechanical workpiece feeding and withstand the high power of the machine motor and high speeds of the feeding device (up to 30 mt/min). The R800 can accept a maximum 80 mm sawblade width, while the R1000 can accept a maximum 100 mm. The machine frame is made of electric-welded sheet steel. The cast iron disc wheels are very thick in order to ensure maximum efficiency and run on dustproof ball bearings. The R800 is fitted with a pneumatic pad brake, while the R1000 is fitted with a pneumatic disc brake. The RTF200 feeder (exclusively combined with the R800) and the RTF400 feeder (exclusively combined with the R1000) are equipped with two feeding rollers whose position can be higher or lower depending on the workpiece height, and an idle rollers fence tilting up to 45°. Two potentiometers fitted on the control panel adjust the infeed speed and the cutting speed (up to 30 mt/min) by brushless motor. When the fence is tilted, it is possible to cut rectangular and square workpieces on the diagonal using special rollers (optional). The optical sensor allows the opening of the feeding rollers for the workpiece introduction and the change of the speeds.
